Spergola frizzante DOC "Spergolino"

Dry sparkling white wine. 0.75l – 11% Vol. Contains SULPHITES. It is obtained from the vinification of the "Spergola" white grape, an indigenous vine from the small production area of the Scandiano hills, present in the territory since the 1400s. It is a wine with a strong personality and typicality linked to the soils from which it comes, with intense aromas that are accentuated in the aftertaste: these characteristics have remained almost intact from its distant origins. With a straw-yellow color, it is a fresh wine with a refined and persistent floral aroma that, due to its vivacity, can accompany all dishes. Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
