Mortadella, a genuine product with an unmistakable fragrance. It is made with 100% Italian pork, born, raised, and slaughtered in Italy, to ensure supply chain control regarding both breeding methods and animal feed. It does not contain gluten or lactose, to meet the needs of customers with food intolerances. Great attention is paid to the choice of ingredients, ensuring a delicate taste and intense aroma. Mortadella is a cooked sausage made exclusively from pork, cylindrical or oval in shape, pink in color, and with an unmistakable, intense, and slightly spicy aroma. The meats used are carefully selected and minced. For the lean part (pink in color), striated muscle meats are used. The main cut is mostly obtained from the shoulder. For the lardons (white in color), the most consistent and valuable fatty part of the pig is used: throat fat. The cubes of fat give this cured meat its characteristic sweetness. These are predominantly monounsaturated fatty acids, the most suitable for our body.
