Nostrana Coppa The Sweet

It is made from pork neck. Its unique characteristic is its "sweetness", which requires a limited percentage of salt and a very calibrated use of spices that should not overpower the "aroma" of the cured meat. 100% Italian certified pork from pigs born, raised, and slaughtered in Emilia Romagna and Lombardy. Cylindrical and slightly elongated, covered with natural casing. When sliced, it presents a compact and homogeneous appearance. Pink in the lean parts, interspersed with the pinkish-white marbling. It has a sweet and delicate taste with a characteristic fragrant and persistent aroma.
