  • How to use:immerse the cotechino, still in its packaging, in cold water and bring to a boil for 25 minutes so that the heat can reach the core of the product. Cut off a corner of the packaging to facilitate the release of the jelly formed during cooking. Remove the cotechino, slice it and serve hot with traditional side dishes such as: mashed potatoes, beans, lentils, spinach and others as desired.
