Free shipping
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €89. For orders below this threshold, it is not possible to complete the purchase.

Fast shipping
We prepare orders at the time of purchase and hand them over to the courier within 24–48 hours.

Careful packaging
Every order is prepared and packaged with the utmost care, using suitable materials to reduce the risk of knocks, impacts and damage during transport.

Transport and liability
Orders are handed over to the courier intact and with careful packaging. Shipping is not insured: any damage, theft, loss or other problems occurring during transport are not directly attributable to us.

Shipping during the summer period
During the summer period, we ship from Monday and no later than Wednesday, so that the goods do not remain in the courier’s warehouses over the weekend. During this period, it is strongly recommended that you add thermal packaging to better protect the goods from high temperatures during transport.
