Mortadella is a genuine product with an unmistakable fragrance. It is produced with meat from only pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy, in order to ensure control of the supply chain, both in terms of farming methods and animal feeding. It does not contain gluten or lactose, to meet the needs of customers with food intolerances. Much attention is paid in the choice of ingredients. Delicate flavour and intense aroma.   Mortadella is a cooked sausage made exclusively with pork, cylindrical or oval in shape, pink in colour and with an unmistakable, intense and slightly spicy aroma. The meats used are carefully selected and shredded. For the lean part (pink in colour), meat from striated muscles is used. The main cut is obtained mostly from the shoulder. For the lardons (white in colour), the most consistent and valuable fat part of the pig is used: throat fat. The cubes of fat give the characteristic sweetness to this salami.
